An Easter Treat

In the spirit of spring, candy and the pastel colors, here’s a treat. Easter Bunny font by Dieter Steffmann created this Easter egg type allowing anyone to quickly create a cute poster in no time. His font can be found on Fontspace.com.

Easter type for the occasion.

A little Easter cheer from Easter Bunny type for the occasion. Note: except for the ears, this is all from the Easter Bunny font family.

This was the best type I could find for the day; it’s clean and cute but the best part is that it is easy to read. The character fonts are always fun to find but most turn into graphics rather than a legible type style. This does both. It’s a nice meet-in-the-middle font for the festivities.

Steffmann’s other work on Fontspace can be found here. A quick note – fontspace.com was the only place with an Easter category that houses pages and pages of font options for the day. Fontsquirrel, Fontspring and Fontzone only had a couple of options for an Easter search if they had any at all. Fontspace is a huge collection of fonts that deserves its link on the Resources page of this blog. I’ll be using it much more to “font shop” from here on out!
